The jiva or living being is endowed with ego and his knowledge is limited, whereas Ishwar is without ego and is omniscient.
Keep your body as clean as possible, your mind as clear as possible. That’s all you need. And do it in any way you can, in your own way. It doesn’t matter. And then you’ll be useful.
The soul that is attached to anything, however much good there may be in it, will not arrive at the liberty of Divine union.
