
If I had to choose a religion, the sun as the universal giver of life would be my god.

If we only practice compassion at the mind level, we run a great risk of our compassion being just talk. As we know, talk is cheap. To develop true compassion we have to put our money where our mouth is.

Vacuity, tranquillity, mellowness, quietness and taking no action characterise things of the universe at peace and represent the ultimate Tao and virtue. Therefore abide in them.


This is true knowledge: to seek the Self as the true end of wisdom always. To seek anything else is ignorance.

Christmas is forever, not for just one day, for loving, sharing, giving, are not to put away like bells and lights and tinsel, in some box upon a shelf. The good you do for others is good you do to yourself.

The Eightfold Path: Right view, right aim, right speech, right action, right living, right effort, right mindfulness, right contemplation.
