
For me, meditation re-orders the natural flow of life. Everybody has a flow or stream of consciousness that allows all things to move without resistance. Decisions come easily, things fall into place, and there’s no conflict.

No matter what country or culture you’re from, you always believe in friendship, you always believe in human values, and you always believe in peace.

The worthy person is grateful and mindful of benefits done to him. This gratitude, this mindfulness, is congenial to the best people.



Pain and joy are like light and darkness; they are two sides of the same medal. They are interdependent and inseparably connected to each other.

I don’t like the word ‘superstar’. It has ridiculous implications. These words – star, stupor, superstar, stupid star – they’re misleading. It’s a myth.

As you are externally aware, so also you can be inwardly aware of your thoughts and feelings, of your motives and urges, of your prejudices, envies, greed and pride…This outward and inward awareness is a unitary process which brings about a total integration of human understanding.
