I reached in experience the nirvana which is unborn, unrivalled, secure from attachment, undecaying and unstained. This condition is indeed reached by me - deep, difficult to see, difficult to understand, tranquil, excellent, beyond the reach of mere logic, subtle, and to be realised only by the wise.
People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within.
Many good sayings are to be found in holy books but merely reading them will not make one religious. One must practice the virtues taught in such books in order to acquire love of God.
When divine vision is attained, all appear equal; and there remains no distinction of good and bad, or of high and low.
