Be aware of the contact between your feet and the earth. Walk as if you are kissing the earth with your feet.
The human body is the temple of God. One who kindles the light of awareness within gets true light. The sacred flame of your inner shrine is constantly bright. The experience of unity is the fulfillment of human endeavours. The mysteries of life are revealed.
If you wish to be free, know you are the Self, the witness of all these, the heart of awareness. Set your body aside, sit in your own awareness. You will at once be happy, forever still, forever free.
Faith is composed of the heart’s intention. Light comes through faith… O Faith, give us faith!
