If it be true that spirit is involved in Matter…then manifestation in the divine in himself and the realisation of God within and without are the highest and most legitimate aims possible to man on earth.
There are ways from light into darkness and from darkness into light. There are ways, also, from the gloom into deeper darkness, and from the dawn into brighter light. The wise man will use the light he has to receive more light. He will constantly advance in the knowledge of truth.
He it is, the innermost one, who awakens my being with his deep hidden touches. He it is who puts his enchantment upon these eyes and joyfully plays on the chords of my heart in varied cadence of pleasure and pain.
By eating meat we share the responsibility of climate change, destruction of forests, and the poisoning of air and water. The simple act of becoming a vegetarian will make a difference to the health of our planet.
