Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible
One should not injure, subjugate, enslave, torture, or kill any animal, living being, organism, or sentient being. Just as suffering is painful to you, in the same way it is painful, disquieting and terrifying to all animals, living beings, organisms and sentient beings.
Above the cloud with its shadow is the star with its light. Above all things reverence thyself.
As long as you have attachment to the body and attachment to objects, fear and suffering will be with you. Therefore Krishna told Arjuna to develop his discrimination and rid himself of body consciousness. Only then he would be able to develop integral vision.
Do not take this material world so seriously because it is always changing. Something terrible that you take so seriously today is going to change tomorrow.
