It is a good practice to set apart at least one day in a year for the remembrance of one’s near and dear relatives, friends and learned people that are no more in keeping with our traditions; giving a new orientation to and infusing new life into practices that have become lifeless and meaningless to many.
Selflessness is the sign of the selfless; Bow down at the door of the selfless. The selfless are of the highest authority, The kings of the time and the wearers of the crest and crown.
One’s entire life is a continuous process of learning. Any process of inquiry is related to learning. But basically our inquiry should be concerned with finding out what is transient and what is permanent. This is true knowledge.
We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.
