When we are children we seldom think of the future. This innocence leaves us free to enjoy ourselves as few adults can. The day we fret about the future is the day we leave our childhood behind.
Lao Tan said, “I was letting my mind wander in the beginning of things.”
“What does this mean?” asked Confucius. Lao Tan said, “It means to attain Perfect Beauty and wander in Perfect Happiness. He who attains Perfect Beauty and wanders in Perfect Happiness may be called the Perfect Man.”
With all fears dissolved in the peace of the Self and all desire dedicated to Brahmn, controlling the mind and fixing it on Me (God), sit in meditation with Me as your only goal.
By the grace of wisdom and purity of mind, He can be seen indivisible, in the silence of contemplation. This invisible atman can be seen by the mind wherein the five senses are resting.
