
You have crossed the great ocean; why do you halt so near the shore? Make haste to get on the other side, Gautama; be careful all the while!

No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.

For me, meditation re-orders the natural flow of life. Everybody has a flow or stream of consciousness that allows all things to move without resistance. Decisions come easily, things fall into place, and there’s no conflict.



All religions exhort us to cleanse the heart of malice, greed, hate and anger. All religions hold out the gift of Grace as the prize for success in this cleaning process.

With all fears dissolved in the peace of the Self and all desire dedicated to Brahmn, controlling the mind and fixing it on Me (God), sit in meditation with Me as your only goal.
