Chant the name of God with heartfelt devotion. Everything else is just a pompous worldly show.
Devotion to God’s Name is my lamp; In this lamp is poured the oil of suffering. The light of realisation burns away this oil…Vast loads of firewood are reduced to ashes by a tiny spark of fire.
Set your faces towards unity, and let the radiance of its light shine upon you. Gather ye together, and for the sake of God resolve to root out whatever is the source of contention among you. Then will the effulgence of the world’s great Luminary envelop the whole earth, and its inhabitants become citizens of one city, and the occupants of one and the same throne.
Everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if is received with thanksgiving: for then it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.
